A last minute call from England Rugby Sevens International Nick Royle meant we had days notice before shooting their wedding for the BB3 show ‘Don’t Tell The Bride.’
We did not get to meet either Nick and Vicky before the day which is a first for us. With a tv and film production background I knew what to expect where working with a TV crew was concerned and while it had its challenging moments like battling for pictures with the couple at sunset (we won) it was a good experience and we worked well together. The wedding venue was Heaton House Farm whom we are good friends with so everything and everyone came together to deliver a lovely wedding. There was a theme and it was a play on Nick’s last name which is Royle, so it was a ‘Royle Wedding’.
I am not a regular watcher of the Don’t Tell The Bride show but I have been lately and it is anyones guess if Dan my associate photographer and I will feature in the episode but regardless of this it was cool to shoot yet another unique wedding.
